Privacy Policy

Overview

Symple Corp ("we," "us," or "our") builds custom software for our clients. This policy explains what personal information we collect through symplecorp.ai, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We collect very little: this site has no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking.

Information You Provide

The only way this website collects personal information is through our contact form. When you submit it, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name, if you choose to provide it
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• The contents of your message
• Whether you consented to receive SMS text messages, and if so, the date, time, and IP address of that consent, which we retain as a record of your opt-in

Submitting the form sends this information to us by email. Phone number is optional and is only required if you check the SMS consent box.

Information Collected Automatically

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services, and embeds no third-party scripts or tracking pixels. Fonts are served from our own infrastructure rather than a third-party font service, so simply visiting the site does not report your visit to anyone else. Like any website, our hosting and content delivery providers process the technical information necessary to deliver pages to you, such as your IP address and browser type. We do not enable request logging on our content delivery network or our contact form endpoint, and we do not build profiles of site visitors.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Communicate with you about a project or potential engagement
• Send you SMS messages, if and only if you consented to receive them
• Maintain a record of SMS consent as required by telecommunications regulations
• Meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or advertising, and we do not send marketing email to people who simply contacted us.

SMS Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the exceptions described in the section below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive SMS messages is separate from every other use of your information and is never a condition of doing business with us. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message. Our Messaging Consent policy describes the messaging program, its frequency, and how to opt out in full.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

• Service providers. We use vendors who process information on our behalf and only under our instructions, including our cloud hosting and email provider (Amazon Web Services) and our SMS messaging provider.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers. If our business is acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of these categories of sharing and are never provided to third parties.

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain our business records, and we keep SMS consent and opt-out records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with messaging regulations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Data Security

This site is served entirely over HTTPS, and contact form submissions are encrypted in transit. We limit access to the information you send us to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete your information
• Stop contacting you, including by SMS

Residents of Oregon, California, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. To make a request, email contact@symplecorp.ai. We will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to sites we do not operate. This policy does not cover them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you already gave us will be communicated directly where we have a way to reach you.
